1. Cancellation Policy

At Victoria Naturals, every order is handcrafted with care. Because we begin production immediately after an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All products are made-to-order specifically for you.

  • Production begins right away to ensure freshness, quality, and timely delivery.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once submitted.

2. Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality products in a timely and reliable manner.

Processing Time

  • All orders are handcrafted and packaged with care.

  • Processing time typically ranges from 1–3 business days, depending on order volume.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Every order ships with a valid tracking number, which will be emailed once your package is dispatched.

  • Delivery time varies based on destination and carrier service selected.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
Victoria Naturals is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Carrier delays

  • Refused deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
Victoria Naturals is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. Please contact your local carrier to file a claim.


3. Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our skincare, haircare, and personal care products — and to maintain the highest safety and quality standards — we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • opened or unopened products

  • products damaged due to customer handling

  • change of mind

  • personal preference

  • allergic reactions (please review ingredient lists before purchasing)

All Sales Are Final

To protect the integrity, freshness, and safety of our products, all purchases are final.
We cannot restock or resell returned items, even if unopened.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly review the situation and replace the item if appropriate.
